Purchase Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Reaction Roles Shop. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase of digital products including Discord roles and XP boosts from our shop. By making any purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Products & Services

Our shop offers digital products including but not limited to:

  • Discord server roles with associated permissions and benefits
  • XP boosts and experience multipliers
  • Other digital perks as listed in our shop

All products are digital and delivered automatically upon successful payment processing. Physical delivery is not applicable.

3. Purchase Eligibility & Requirements

To purchase products from our shop, you must:

  • Be a member of our Discord server at the time of purchase
  • Have a valid payment method
  • Provide accurate account information
  • Comply with Discord's Terms of Service

Important: If you are not in the server at the time of purchase, automatic role assignment will fail. While we may assist with manual assignment through our support team, this is provided as a courtesy and is not guaranteed.

If you leave and re-join the server, role re-assignment will be attempted automatically. However, due to technical limitations, manual intervention may be required. Contact support if you experience issues after re-joining.

4. Payment Processing

We accept payments through Stripe, our secure third-party payment processor. All transactions are processed in real-time, and you will receive a confirmation email upon successful payment. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to currency conversion fees imposed by your payment provider.

By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and that all information provided is accurate and complete.

5. Refund Policy

General Policy: All purchases are final and non-refundable under normal circumstances. This policy exists due to the instant digital nature of our products.

Exceptions: Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for:

  • Technical failures preventing product delivery within 48 hours
  • Duplicate charges or payment processing errors
  • Documented technical issues on our end

Non-Refundable Situations:

  • User banned from the Discord server for violating server rules
  • User voluntarily leaving the server
  • Change of mind after successful product delivery
  • Account termination due to Terms of Service violations

To request a refund, contact support within 7 days of purchase with your transaction details and reason for the request.

6. Subscriptions

Some products may be offered as subscriptions with recurring billing. These products are labeled as "monthly" as their product name and show the recurring price that will be charged each month unless you cancel.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the "Manage Subscriptions" tab accessed from the navigation bar. Cancelling a subscription will stop future billing, but you will retain access to the subscription benefits until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.
Reminder emails may be sent prior to subscription renewals, usually 3 days before the next billing date. These reminders are for your convenience and do not affect your subscription status. You are responsible for managing your subscriptions and billing information.

7. User Responsibilities

As a purchaser, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact and payment information
  • Maintain active Discord server membership
  • Follow all server rules and Discord Terms of Service
  • Not attempt to exploit, share, or resell purchased benefits
  • Report technical issues promptly to support

8. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and process personal information necessary to complete your purchase, including email addresses and Discord user IDs. Additionally, we collect technical information such as IP addresses, user agent strings, browser type, and device information for fraud prevention and order fulfillment purposes. This information is used solely for order fulfillment, fraud detection, and customer support.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required for payment processing through Stripe. Technical data may be retained for security and fraud prevention purposes in accordance with industry standards.

Payment information is processed securely through Stripe and is not stored on our servers. Stripe maintains PCI DSS compliance and industry-standard security measures for payment data protection.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our digital products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

10. Support & Customer Service

For purchase-related inquiries, technical issues, or refund requests, contact our support team through:

  • Discord server modmail

When contacting support, please provide:

  • Email address used for purchase
  • Discord username and ID
  • Detailed description of the issue

We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24-48 hours during business days.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to purchased products if you violate these Terms, Discord's Terms of Service, or engage in behavior that disrupts our community. Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from purchases should first be addressed through our customer support channels. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through our Discord server and updated on this page. Your continued use of our shop after changes constitute acceptance of the modified Terms.
